Complaints and Appeals Process

At MATIC College, we are committed to ensuring a fair, respectful, and transparent process for all students. If you have a concern, complaint, or wish to appeal a decision made by the College, you are encouraged to review the Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure.
To lodge a complaint or appeal:

• Complete the relevant form
• Submit the form to Student Services

All cases will be recorded appropriately, and students will be informed of the outcome in a timely manner.
