Students will receive a range of learner resources, including a learner guide, presentation handouts, case studies, assessment tasks, and practical projects. The trainer/assessor will facilitate the presentation of information through interactive discussions, case studies, role plays, group work, and reflective practice. Students will actively engage with the learning materials and apply their skills and knowledge in simulated environments, case studies, and real-world scenarios.

Student-Initiated Deferrals
Students may request a temporary deferral of their studies or a suspension of their enrolment due to compassionate or compelling circumstances.
Provider-Initiated Suspension or Cancellation
Matic International College (MIC) may suspend or cancel a student’s enrolment for reasons including, but not limited to, breaches of the Enrolment Agreement or visa conditions.
MIC will notify the student in writing about the intention to suspend or cancel their enrolment and the reasons for the action. The student will receive a notice of intention to report and will have 20 working days to access MIC’s internal complaints and appeals process.

Students have the right to appeal any decision made by Matic International College (MIC) following the Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedures. This policy and related procedures are available on our website.
If international students are not satisfied with MIC’s internal complaints and appeals process, they can escalate their complaint to the Overseas Student Ombudsman at www.oso.gov.au. The availability of these complaints and appeals processes does not affect the student’s right to take action under Australian Consumer Law.
