This policy applies to all students enrolled in nationally recognised training programs delivered by MATIC.
It covers the issuance of:
Testamurs (Certificates)

Academic Transcripts
Students who successfully complete all the required units of competency within a qualification will receive a Testamur (Qualification Certificate) and a Record of Results.
Students who complete one or more units of competency but do not complete the full qualification will receive a Statement of Attainment for the units successfully completed.
All certification documentation issued by MATIC will comply with the requirements of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and the **Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).
MATIC will issue certification documentation within 30 calendar days of the student meeting the following conditions:
Successful completion of all required units of competency.

All outstanding fees have been paid in full.
The student has provided any required documentation.
Before issuing certification documentation, MATIC will verify:
Student identity and enrolment details
Assessment outcomes
Completion of all required training components

This ensures the accuracy and integrity of certification documentation.
Students who require a replacement certificate due to loss, damage, or name change may request one by contacting MATIC.
Conditions may include:
Completion of a replacement certificate request form
Proof of identity
Payment of an administrative fee (if applicable)
Replacement certificates will clearly indicate that they are re-issued documents.
MATIC will securely maintain student records and certification information in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Student records will be retained as required by national standards to ensure that certification documentation can be verified if needed.
Students may request access to their training records or certification documentation by contacting MATIC.
Requests will be processed in accordance with the organisation’s privacy and records management procedures.
